Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our return policy.
Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Parts must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Items damaged during incorrect installation are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
